Max has been involved in a number of cocktail competitions most notably Barcardi Legacy which he has entered this year with his 'Plight of the Bumblee' cocktail.
The cocktail supports diversity in neighbourhoods and hopes to build a support network for the humble bee worldwide. you can find out more about this cause through the "Hive of Apiarists".
