The distillery has won a number of awards for its efforts in sustainability with Will using innovative practices to keep carbon neutral. His efforts on sustainability are truly remarkable and its why he is considered a thought leader.

From sourcing wild botanicals within a mile of the distillery to feeding waste to local farm animals and  giving liquid waste to local digester plants to create fuel, Will really meticulously thinks of every step in his process.
