In this episode of On The Back Bar Podcast, Chris talks to Cristie Norman a certified sommelier working at Wolfgang Puck's flagship restaurant, Spago, in Beverly Hills.
She is an online creator, hosting a Youtube series named "Adulting with Alcohol" and has recently launched an Online Wine Course delving into the world of wine through 80 high-quality videos and 16 sections.
In light of the COVID pandemic, Cristie has made her wine course free for those who get in touch and she has created, together with a team of Master Sommeliers, the United Sommeliers Foundation which is raising funds for those who have lost their jobs in the wine world.
We touch on this and how she created a successful digital brand by amassing a community of 28k followers, including the incredible transformation she went through at an early age.
